How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive a text message.

Is there a return policy?

If there is any problem with your product, please let us know. We will work to remedy the situation to your satisfaction.

I notice different volumes listed for products, What are these about?

You can order any quantity of a product and we show the sizes we package these products for shipping. For example,
If you wanted a kilo of flour, and you order 1 @ 1k, you would get one bag with 1 kilo of flour. If you ordered 4 @ 250g, you would get 4 packages with 250g each.
This is handy if you want to split an order with a friend or order product for both your home and your cabin.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with your credit card, PayPal, email transfer (please refer to the order confirmation #), or on account. An application needs to be completed and approved to charge to an account. If you are in Grand Falls-Windsor and picking up your order you can also pay cash at the counter.

How do you deliver the order to my location?

If you are outside of Grand Falls-Windsor but in Newfoundland, we will deliver by courier, or by Canada Post to mainland locations. If you are in Grand Falls-Windsor, you have the option of picking up your order when it’s ready and saving on the shipping fee.
